4. Shipping and Delivery Terms

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
  • Our standard shipping timeline is 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • A standard shipping/handling charge of Rs. 250 applies to orders unless specified otherwise under a special promotion.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Your purchases are subject to our 14-Day Return Policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please note that the standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 is non-refundable and will be deducted from approved refunds.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
