Thank you for shopping at At Store Pk. We want to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our straightforward 14-day return and exchange policy.

1. 14-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to apply for a return, refund, or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation message).

3. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

Please note that a standard delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to all orders.

  • In the case of a refund, the original shipping charge of Rs. 250 is non-refundable.
  • If you are returning an item for a refund, this amount will be deducted from your total order value.
  • If you are exchanging an item, additional shipping charges of Rs. 250 may apply for sending the replacement item.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer care team via email at infoatstorepk@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Phone at 03091095451.
  2. Provide your Order ID and share a short video or photos showing the condition of the product.
  3. Once approved, our team will share the return shipping details. You will need to send the parcel back to our fulfillment center located at Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 5 working days.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or completely wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at 03091095451. We will arrange a free replacement for you without any extra delivery charges.
