Return and Refund Policy

At At Store, we want you to be completely happy with every item you purchase. If something isn't quite right or doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to make things easy. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately so we can inspect the issue and make it right for you right away.

Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
