1. Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or dispatched on public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Delivery Charges: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 for shipping and handling nationwide across Pakistan.
• Delivery Timeline: Your order will reach your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS or phone call from our team. When applicable, a courier tracking link/number will be shared so you can track your package.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience.

• Please ensure you or an authorized person is available at the provided address to receive the parcel and pay the rider.
• Please note that opening the parcel before making the payment to the rider is strictly against courier company policies. If there is any issue with your product, you can easily use our 14-Day Return/Refund Policy to get an exchange or refund.
